Exams are difficult and exhausting to study and prepare for. Although after doing well it seems that the time put into studying for them was well worth it. Even though studying for too long may have some negative effects on the person studying. Such as, according to the article Too Much Studying Could Actually Have Negative Health Effects studying for too long can make you tired and stress out the person studying which would have a negative effect on the score of whatever you are studying for. The article also suggests that instead of cramming last minute, you should spread your studying time across a time span of about a week or two. This way the brain won’t get overloaded. Also the article states that eating a good breakfast before any test will allow one to think more clearly since an empty stomach may distract you from the test you are trying to take. Also while the stomach is full energy will be well distributed through the body allowing it to not be so sleepy during that important test. While eating is important it is also important to eat a healthy one so you don’t get a stomach ache while you are in the middle of an important exam.
