Senior Avery Halcomb can be found in the gym during the winter months as a starting forward. In the fall, Halcomb was defending the soccer goal as a goalie During the spring, Halcomb can be found on the mound or on third base during baseball season. Halcomb has played baseball and basketball all 4 years of high school as well as track for 1 year.

On average Halcomb scores 13.1 points per game and has 5.9 rebounds. Halcomb is not only a star athlete he is a strong influence in the community. Halcomb volunteers with the special olympics and helps out with many unified clinics such as basketball. Halcomb was also a Swiss Wine representative.

“I’ve been very honored and blessed to be able to represent my school academically as well as athletically. I wouldn’t be this successful without the help of my family and friends who have always believed in me and pushed me to do my best,” said Halcomb. After high school Halcomb plans on attending a 4 year college or university and majoring in business.
