   Summer workouts are great way to stay in shape. Even the simplest workouts can help a lot. The following workouts are good ways to stay in shape in a limited amount of time.   


For beginners:

  • 20 bodyweight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
  • 15 second plank
  • 30 Jumping Jacks

    For advanced:  

  • 20 chair dips
  • 20 chair squats
  • 30 lunges/ each leg
  • 1 minute plank
  • 50 russian twists
  • 20 push ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 20 pull ups  
  • 30 step ups
