  3. Eat lots of water containing fruit such as watermelon.
  4. Eat foods that contain electrolytes such as bananas.
  5. Drink water during practices/games.
  6. Try to stay in the shade when outside for long durations.
  7. Stay away from super salty foods.
  8. Eat plenty of water containing vegetables such as celery and cucumbers.
  9. Drink smoothies, coconut water, or sports drinks to substitute for water.
  10. Drink plenty of water after games/practices.
